Staff Augmentation, Building Inspector

OE provided the City of Santa Fe Springs with Staff Augmentation services, and provided multiple Building Inspectors. The Inspectors ensured compliance with building codes and regulations and checked the safety of construction and installation practices. They maintained clear, concise, and comprehensive reports related to inspection activities, and prepared a variety of reports and correspondence, including notices of violations and follow-up letters. During their time at the City of Santa Fe Springs, the inspectors worked on the City Hall South Section Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning System Upgrade Project. The scope of work included the removal of interfering portions of the existing HVAC system components, and the construction of individual zone controlled HVAC package units servicing the ground floor and basement, reusing a portion of the existing ducting registers, and the removal and disposal of any interfering asbestos contaminated components.
