Rosecrans Median Improvement Project

OE provided inspection services to the City of Norwalk for the removal and realignment of 1,000 LF of existing concrete medians and safety lighting along Rosecrans Boulevard, and west of Pioneer Boulevard.  The scope of work included installing new pavement and ADA compliant ramps, and removal of landscaping within the median. Along with the typical Inspector responsibilities, the OE Inspector coordinated with Southern California Edison to ensure that the new decorative lighting complied with current standards. The project was completed on time and within budget.
