When I founded Onward Engineering in 2004, the principal reason was my passion for infrastructure. I wanted to take the tools and resources that I had acquired and apply them to multiple public agencies. As a former City Engineer and Deputy Director of Public Works, I knew what public agencies wanted from their consultants. Our firm is predicated on providing the highest quality, exceptional customer service, personalized and tailored approaches to projects, and a healthy and constructive work environment for project managers, engineers, construction managers, and inspectors.
