Preparation of Orange County Plan Check Handbook & Checklists

OE was tasked by the Orange County Public Works Department to draft plan check manuals for Grading, Subdivision, Hydrology, Traffic Signing, and Storm Drain Plan Checks. Onward Engineering, having extensive experience with the County and local agencies successfully and efficiently completed the manuals. These manuals are currently being used by the County and have been adopted by many local cities.
