Phase I Street Rehabilitation Project

OE provided design services to the City of La Mirada for this street rehabilitation project. The project entailed 1 mile of grind and overlay, which included 4,000 LF of residential and 1,000 LF of collector roadway. The design work included upgrading 1,845 SF of sidewalk and 19 ramps to meet ADA compliance, 3,980 SF of cross-gutter, and 420 LF of curb and gutter. OE potholed all streets and surveyed the cross-gutters to ensure a solid design and constructability. Our team also provided a quick turnaround, exceeding the City’s expedited schedule requirement by one week, in addition to providing bid assistance to the City.
