Muhammad Ataya, MPA

Muhammad is a knowledgeable and motivated part of the Onward Engineering team. He received his BS in Political Science and Masters in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach. He also received his certificate in Construction Management through the UCLA Extension Program.

As the Operations Manager for Onward Engineering, Muhammad is responsible for improving the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the OE mission, managing, and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the team, and overseeing and training our administrative staff. As the Director of Business Development, he also directs the efforts of our proposal writing team and develops marketing programs and campaigns while actively engaging with our Business Development team. Additionally, Muhammad acts as a Community Coordinator for high profile construction projects and coordinates presentations of the project scope, intent, and impact in front of the affected stakeholders and local communities.
