Marketing Associate

Onward Engineering is looking to bring on board a Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate to be a key part of our team. Our industry is civil engineering, construction management, and construction technologies.

When it comes to proposals, ours are second to none. The position will collaborate with our business development team to prepare proposals (digital and print) for infrastructure projects in SoCal.

Additionally, the successful applicant will work closely with our management team on our proprietary construction documentation application rollout, including designing and editing screenshots and infographics, designing the website, preparing application demo videos and training material, and UI/UX wireframes.

The candidate will be responsible for consultation, art direction and production, and proposal support with strong attention to detail, a focus on efficiency and quality, and high level of collaboration in a fast-paced team environment

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience.

• High level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (text editing).

• Experience in content development (video & digital).

• Website design.

• Include a link to your portfolio site (optional).
