Justin Smeets, PE, PLS, QSD

Justin plays a critical role in each of our design projects by acting as a Project Manager, managing all digital data and coordinating with clients for design, utility, and construction coordination. Justin received his BS in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton. He is a Registered Professional Engineer, with over 17 years of experience in Civil Engineering.

As a Project Manager and the Director of Engineering for Onward Engineering, Justin has performed and coordinated detailed designs on arterial roadways, conducted utility coordination for major re-locations on high profile projects and assisted in coordination and project management efforts on multiple projects throughout the Southern California region. Justin is also fully versed in both the modern Autodesk Civil3D design software as well as the Land Desktop design platform
