Imperial Highway St. & Traffic Signal Rehabilitation Project
OE provided inspection services to the City of Lynwood for this project on Imperial, from Alameda Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The scope of work included rehabilitating the roadway using slurry seal from Alameda St. to Fernwood Avenue, a 2” grind and overlay, and installing 5,100 tons of asphalt. The project also entailed running new 3-inch conduits and wiring them to replace traffic signals at 4 major intersections, planting 75 new trees and installing irrigation, R&R of 5,000 SF of driveway approaches, and 5,800 LF of curb and gutter, constructing 300 SF of PCC sidewalk, removing & replacing 1,300 SF of cross gutter, upgrading 15 ramps to meet ADA standards, and adjusting 95 manhole covers and valves.
