Dubarry Street Rehabilitation

OE provided inspection services to the City of Bellflower for this street rehabilitation project.  The project spanned Dubarry Street, west from Palo Verde to the end of the cul-de-sac. The scope included isolated dig-out sections to improve failing subgrade, grind and ARHM overlay, upgrading 4 ramps to meet ADA-compliance, and replacing one cross-gutter.
