City of Fullerton Plan Check Services 

OE providing staff training for the City's Development manager and in addition, OE provided plan check services to the City of Fullerton for over 44 development projects consisting of: tentative tract maps, parcel maps, final maps; street improvement plans; rough and precise grading plans; geological reports; erosion control plans; and hydrology and hydraulic study reports. OE also provided Capital Improvement Project plan check services on street improvement plans; storm drain plans; waterline improvement plans; wastewater system reports, sewer line improvement plans; and landscape and irrigation improvement plans. Due to our expertise in all areas of Civil Engineering such as roadway, structural, transportation, subdivision, mass grading and hydrology/hydraulics, OE expeditiously and efficiently completed the plan reviews.
