Atlantic Avenue Rehabilitation Project
OE provided construction management and inspection services on this project for the City of Lynwood. The work was primarily on 0.75 miles of Atlantic Avenue, from Fernwood Street to McMillan Avenue. The scope of work included grind, overlay, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk and handicap curb ramps. OE, in an effort to save the City of Lynwood money, provided a single staff member capable of handling both the Construction Management and the Inspection portions of this contract.
