ADA Access Ramp Improvements Phase 7

OE provided design engineering services to the City of Lake Forest on the ADA Access Ramp Improvements Project. The project was funded utilizing a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The project called for constructing 37 access ramps that comply with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the State of California Building Code (Title 24) standards and requirements. The project required surveying and documenting the current conditions of the existing ramps and hardscape improvements within the right-of-way, preparing construction documents, and providing engineering support for this Phase 7 ADA project. OE prepared the construction specifications with full details of each ramp including elevations, slopes and limits of construction, including storm water compliance documentation and project requirements, and the required CDBG construction documents.
