2008 Cape/Slurry Seal & Overlay of Various Norwalk Streets
OE provided inspection services to the City of Norwalk for this annual rehabilitation project. The scope included overlay, cross-gutter replacement, tree removal, and repairs to curb and gutter on 40 residential streets. The overlay methods included both Polymer Cape Seal and Type II Slurry Seal. Along with the typical inspector duties our staff was responsible for daily coordination with the City Personnel, schools, trash collectors, emergency personnel and postal delivery. This project was completed on time and within budget.
